Beautiful little villa set on the slopes of Pratomagno, a tranquil and panoramic location in the heart of the Upper Arno Valley. The villa has a spectacular view of the valley where olive groves and vineyards nestle together. Its location is equidistant from Siena, Florence and Arezzo, three of the most important art cities in Tuscany, all reachable by car in an hour. Nearby, along the ancient Via dei Sette Ponti, you’ll come across many small towns rich with history, Roman churches and Medieval villages.
About two kilometers away is the town of Loro Ciufenna which has maintained much of its ancient Medieval castle aspect and yet has shops and services of all kinds. Since the gravel road that leads to Villino Blu is private there is no traffic. The house is nicely furnished, comfortable and equipped with satellite TV.
