Beautiful modern Villa located in a large property with garden, pool and olive groves in the beautiful countryside of the Maremma area.
The view from the villa it's on the typical Maremma hills.
The house has a covered loggia in the front that is also furnished.
Ground floor:large entrance from the front loggia through French doors into a living/dining room with a fire-place. Next to the living room there is a fully equipped kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with shower and washing-machine.
Upper floor: double-bedroom, two twin-bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom with washbasin, bidet and WC, and a complete bathroom with bathtub.
Each bedroom has a door providing access to a terrace that runs the length of the first floor.

From Florence:
Highway A1, exit Florence Impruneta
Take highway Florence-Siena (for 65 km)
At the end of the street, take the Siena-Grosseto highway
After 68 km, you have to exit at Roselle
Follow directions for Castiglione della Pescaia
Then follow directions for Buriano
At the second sign for Buriano, turn to the left (direction Buriano) and you'll find the sign for Il Rifugio on the left side of the street after 400 m.
