The villa is on two floors, but the upper floor is available only for the owners.

How to arrive
Highway Florence-Genova (direction North-Genova)
After 40 minutes, exit at Chiesina Uzzanese
Follow directions for Fucecchio and Santa Croce sull'Arno
Then turn to the left direction for Pistoia/Ponte Buggianese
At the traffic light, turn to the left
After 1 km turn to the left and take via delle Corti
After 2 km there is the village of Uzzano. Go straight
After 1 km turn to the right in via Torricchio
On the right side of the street (second gate) you find the villa
