In a vast pine forrest only 3 km. from Castiglione della Pescaia, situated in one of the most delightful positions of the Maremma Toscana, with direct access to the sea, Villa Luzi is an independent villa with a large garden.
The villa is situated only a few meters from a private beach. Its composed of a spacious living room with fire place, couches and television. Take the Firenze-Siena freeway. At the end of the freeeway (after 65 km), take directions for Grosseto. You are on the Siena-Grosseto Freeway. Go straight for 50 km and exit at Roselle. After the exit, turn to the right and follow signs for Castiglione. Then always signs for Grosseto and proceed towards Castiglione on the right. Through the Strada Provinciale delle Padule, you reach Castiglione della Pescaia and, at the crossroad take the uphill Street panoramica and at the end of the street turn to the right onto SS322. Then turn left onto Strada Circonvallazione, continue onto via della Pace and turn left onto via del Muschio entering in the private Roccamare property. The villa is located only 3,5 km from the village of Castiglione della Pescaia in the beautiful pineforest of Roccamare which is located in front of the seaside.
