Beautiful farmhouse of the XIV th century in the countryside near the town of Arezzo. The estate is located in a large property of oak and olive trees.
From Pomaio you can reach quickly the town of Arezzo, Siena, Perugia and Cortona.
The farmhouse (250 sqm) is on two floors:

Ground floor
Large entrance with fire-place, two double-bedrooms (one is for disabled)(each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower), kitchen (oven, washing-machine, dishwasher), living-room with TV, dining room and a patio.

Upper floor
Master bedroom with fire-place with a bathroom with shower, double-bedroom with bathroom with shower, little terrace with view on the pool, double-bedroom with large bathroom with shower.

Directions from the motor-way:

Motor-way A1 direction Arezzo
Take the exit for Arezzo
Follow the signs for Arezzo for about 5 Km.

At the traffic lights take the direction to Perugia, Siena and the stadio (stadium).
Go straight on, take the first fly-over bridge, go past three traffic lights and at the next fly-over bridge turn right following direction to the Stadio.
Go straight on until you get to the traffic light with a blue building on the left;

Go straight on (don’t turn right to the Stadio) for 1 Km until you pass the Superal supermarket on your left.
At the stop sign, turn right. After about 300 m take the road on the left for Pomaio.
Follow the road for about 3 Km. (2.5 km uphill through a wood) don't leave the road until you see, on your right, the entrance for Antico Podere di Pomaio.
