Fattoria S. Stefano consists of a large villa of the XVIIIth century and a village built entirely of stone. The farmhouse, recently reorganized, is divided into 7 apartments.
The property measures about 136 hectares, 16 hectares of which are vineyards, 24 hectares olive-trees and woods of oak and chestnut.
The farm produces Chianti Classico and extra-virgin olive-oil which can be purchased on the premises.
In a large room in the village, wine and oil can be tasted. The owners also organise guided visits to the wine cellar.

Apt. 1 – Berto

Max. 5 people:
2 bedrooms with double beds,
1 bedroom with a French double bed,
large eat-in kitchen with fireplace,
1 bathroom with shower.

from the bedroom windows you can
watch the sun go down,
in June the smell of the linden trees in flower
fills the whole house.
Once upon a time this was the house of the bailiff .


Apt. 2 – Balconi

Max 6 people:
2 bedrooms with double beds
plus 2 single beds in the attic bedroom,
living room with fireplace and TV,
the kitchen was built into a niche,
large bathroom with shower.

As this apartment faces north
it is very cool and ideal
for the hotter summer months.


Apt. 3 - Orlando

Max 4 people:
1 bedroom with double bed
1 bedroom with 2 single beds,
living room with fireplace (TV possible)
bathroom with shower and eat-in kitchen.
From the kitchen access onto a large terrace overlooking
the vineyards as well as access to the garden near the pool.
Beautiful view of the sun rising from behind the hills.

Ideal for 4 people or for 2,
best month for this apartment is October
as there is an incredible view of the oak woods
turning various shades of orange.


Apt. 4 – Baccus

max 2 people:
one bedroom with double bed,
kitchen,
bathroom with shower.


Apt. 5 – Zerini

Max 7 people:
2 bedrooms with double bed,
1 bedroom with 3 single beds,
large kitchen with antique country fireplace,
small living room with TV and 2 bathrooms with shower,
original Terra cotta tiles and ceiling with wooden beams.

Typical rustic Tuscan house
done in traditional style.
As it has the original small windows
it is very cool in the summer.
There is no central heating
which makes it very characteristic
in the winter months ( electric stoves for heating).


Apt. 6- Helio
Max. 6 people:
1 bedroom with double bed,
1 bedroom with 2 single beds that can be made up as a double
large open area with kitchen, living area with TV
and double pull out couch.

All rooms are very luminous and airy.


Apt 7 – Zefiro

Max. 2 people:
1 bedroom with double bed,
kitchen with TV and small couch,
bathroom with shower.

On 2nd floor with breathtaking views and nice breeze.
