At the beginning of the Casentino area, very close to Arezzo, Poggio Cuculo is a large property composed by a villa of XXth century and by 4 acres of forest. The villa has a beautiful garden with the tennis court and the swimming-pool. Next to the swimming-pool there is a locker room with shower and wc.
The villa is on 3 floors.

Ground floor:

Upper floor:
