Quercia al Poggio is located in Monsanto in the heart of the Chianti area. The property with many hectares of forest, vineyards and olive-trees, and by some apartments available for the guests. The owners live in one of these apartments.
The farm has two swimming-pools, and a Tennis court. In Quercia al Poggio is possible to have wine and oil tasting and shiatzu massage.
Quercia al Poggio produces Chianti Classico red wine and extra-virgin olive-oil.

Cappella 1:
1 double-bedroom, 1 twin-bedroom, 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower), a kitchen (stove, washing-machine, dish washer, freezer) and a living room.

Cappella 2:
1 double-bedroom, 2 twin-bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and washing-machine, kitchen (fully equipped), a dining room.

Cappella 3:
2 double-bedrooms, 1 twin-bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower, a kitchen/living-room (stove, washing-machine, dish washer, freezer)

Cappella 4:
1 double-bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, a kitchen (stove, freezer, no washing-machine, no dish washer).

Proneta 1:
this ancient Estate which includes 3 apartments is surrounded by gardens: from its big terrace an evocative view of the tipical tuscan countryside can be efforted by the guests wich can organize a barbecue in the open or cook using the big wood oven.

Access to the apartment called Proneta 1 (5-6 persons/100 smq) is through the open arched hallway:
Kitchen corner - living/dining room with sofa bed - 2 double bedrooms - 1 single bedroom - 2 bathrooms.


Proneta 2:
On one hand of the living room is a hall with door to a utilities room, and up two steps, the hall continues and leads to a complete bathroom with bathtub and washingmachine, to a single bedroom and a double bedroom with splendid views. Access to the apartment called Proneta 2 (5 persons/100smq) is through the open arched hallway.

An internal flight of stairs leads up to a landing where there are two doors: the one on the right is the private entrance to this apartment, and the one on the left is the private entrance to apartment Proneta 3. The door opens into a spacious open-plan living/dining room with kitchen corner. The kitchen is separated from the dining area by a low wall. It is fully equipped with gas range, oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is a hallway with doors to a double bedroom, to a twin bedded room, to a single bedroom and to a complete bathroom with bathtub and washingmachine. The beds in the twin bedded room can be united on request.

Proneta 3:
Access to the apartment called Proneta 3 (5 persons/100 smq) is at the ground floor through the open arched hallway. An internal flight of stairs leads up to a landing where there are two doors: the one on the left is the private entrance to this apartment, and the one on the right is the private entrance to apartment Proneta 2.

The door opens into the living/dining room with kitchen corner that is fully equipped with gas range, oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher. A door to the right of the entrance opens onto a hallway with doors to a complete bathroom with bathtub and washingmachine, and to a double bedroom. In the hall, up two steps is a landing with doors to a twin bedded room and to a single bedroom


Proneta 4:
Access to the apartment referred to as Proneta 4 is through the glass doors at ground floor. Private entrance is on the left into a spacious living/dining room. On the left is the modern kitchen corner that is fully equipped with gas range, electric oven, fridge with freezer and dishwasher.
Down two steps to the right, an ample open passage-way leads into the living/dining room with frireplace and glass doors that lead, down two steps, to a spacious, furnished garden that is private to this apartment.
A door on the left side of the living room opens into a double bedroom with ensuite complete bathroom with shower stall. A door on the right side of the living room opens onto a stairway that leads down to the lower floor landing with two doors.
One opens into the complete bathroom with shower stall and washingmachine, and the other opens into a double bedroom (the bed can be separated into twins on request), with glass doors that lead, up two steps, back to the private garden. The apartment is luminous and very comfortably furnished.
