The Villa has been furnished in order to preserve the classical ancient characteristic of the house and at the same time to create and make the most of all the comfort possibilities requests for a relaxing stay. Villa San Casciano has a surface of about 350 square meters spread over several levels.
The ground floor has been furnished to be enjoyed mainly during the day: there is a large dining room open onto the garden with a large fireplace, two kitchens well equipped for all culinary needs and several rooms perfect for various activities like reading books, watching television, enjoying a good glass of Chianti, etc… while maintaining a cosy atmosphere and its own privacy.
On the ground floor, slightly elevated, there is also a comfortable double room with a bathroom.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms, three doubles and one twin. All the rooms are equipped with a private bathroom; moreover on the same floor there is a wide lounge with a large and typical Tuscan fireplace.
The salon is bright and is usable as a reading and resting area but also as a studio. The whole first floor is provided with air conditioning.

The barn is located a few meters outside the main building of the Villa and it offers an alternative solution in a charming and typical atmosphere.
On the ground floor a big open room with a lounge, a fireplace, a kitchen and its bathroom. On the loft a suggestive bed room with a particular lighting.

The pool is completely covered in mosaic decoration and is surrounded by the typical Tuscan hills, providing to the guest an extremely suggestive atmosphere.
Moreover is possible to enjoy a relaxing water massage in a smaller circular pool adjacent to the main pool.
The area is provided with useful changing rooms and showers.

Arriving at the Villa crossing the ridge of a hill and entering the gate, you will immediately enjoy the variety of plants, colours and scents that surround you. The villa has a private park that includes a vegetables garden and an orchard. Stonewalls, flowerbeds and the provision of plants are the result of special care that belongs to the tradition and culture of Tuscan gardening. The park also includes the beautiful swimming pool.

Exit at San Casciano
Follow direction centre of San Casciano and then follow direction for Mercatale (turning to the left at the crossroad)

After….km 3….turn to the left in a tipically rough dirty road (via Caserotta) for 1000…mt..

Then when you find on the left Frantoio Villa di Caserotta, turn to the right in a small dirty road and go straight till the end. You are arrived to the Villa.
