The estate of Petroio has been the property of the Lenzi-Pallini family for over a century. The entire estate is about 370 acres, 30 of which are vineyards.
The farm produces Chianti Classico and extra-virgin olive-oil which can be purchased on the premises.
The swimming-pool with bathrooms, shower and changing room has a wonderful view of the valley.

The villa is 250 sqm:

Ground Floor:
Entrance, big living-room with fire-place and dining room, terrace with view on the vineyards and on the swimming-pool.
A kitchen (stove, freezer, dishwasher) bathroom with bathtub and shower, reading room, laundry.

Upper Floor:
Camera della principessa is a twin-bedroom, camera degli uccellini is a twin-bedroom, camera degli amanti is a double-bedroom, camera dei bambini is a twin-bedroom, a double-bedroom with bathroom with jacuzzi, a bathroom with shower.

Next to the villa in a part of the farm house there is an apartment of 2 + 2 people. The apt. is composed by a kitchen (fully equipped), a living-room with fire-place and double-sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a double-bedroom. The apt. it's on the first floor (stairs).

When guest are in the villa, the apartment is not rented and when guests are in the apt., the villa is not rented.

Exit Firenze Impruneta
Take Firenze-Siena Superstrada
After 65 km, exit at Siena Nord
Turn left towards Castellina in Chianti (SS 222, Via Chiantigiana)
In the village of Querciagrossa, turn to the right in Via di Petroio (towards Fattoria di Petroio)
After 1 km, you come to Petroio.
You will meet Mrs. Pamela Lenzi or Mr. Gian Luigi Lenzi at the property
