A 500 sq. villa with its tower, a large garden with trees and a beautiful pool with view on the valley of Val di Sieve compose this beautiful property.

The villa is on 3 floors:
Few steps to enter in the villa: entrance, a large living room with fireplace and a beautiful billiard, another living room with TV and a small bathroom (no tub no shower), a dining room with fireplace, interior patio with tables and chairs, and a large fully equipped kitchen (40 sq.) with a big central wood oven ideal to prepare barbecue - which has also a door which communicate with the garden, so it is good to use to be connected to the people in the garden or in the pool or to bring stuff outside. Next to the kitchen a small room used as storage for the food.

At the first floor double bedroom with bathroom with tub and shower, a connected twin bedroom, a double bedroom with bed tester with TV and fire place and a large bathroom with shower separated from the tub, a room which is a closet, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower, a laundry room, a beautiful studio with sofas, Internet Connection, TV and a wonderful view on the valley below.

The second floor has another double bedroom with bathroom with shower.
At the very top of the tower another large room - but this room is not available for the guests as it is storage at the moment.

top ^ The villa is just 4,5 km from the village of Molino del Piano and it is far from Florence almost 25 km and 5 km (8 minutes max) from the Tenuta dei Cavalieri (which is in Via Montetrini, 10 (Strada Provinciale 84 di Molino del Piano - Km. 5,80)

From Florence, take the street for Pontassieve and Forlì- SS 61 until Le Sieci; in Le Sieci turn to the left and and follow signs for Molino del Piano (which is 2 km from Le Sieci); in the second square of Molino del Piano - in the main one -take the street on the right and go up for 4,5 km until the a small street on the left which is Via di Tigliano and you’ll find the Villa Torre di Tigliano entering of the gate on the right.

The Villa is located in via di Tigliano in Località Doccia, Molino del Piano (Firenze)
